Thank you for shopping with ASHTON T. MCCORVEY CLOTHING. We are committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and at a fair cost. Please read this policy carefully to understand your shipping options, estimated delivery times, and any applicable conditions.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods (holidays, promotional events), processing may take up to 3 business days. We will communicate any unusual delays via email.

Shipping Options & Rates

We offer three domestic shipping methods for all orders within the United States:

Free Shipping Offer

We offer free standard shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $75.00 or more. The free shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout. No coupon code required. Please note: free shipping applies to standard ground shipping (5–7 business days) only. Express and overnight shipping options are not included in the free shipping offer.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping rates ($6.99) apply to these destinations. Please note: Alaska and Hawaii orders are not eligible for the free shipping threshold. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii via standard shipping may take an additional 2–4 business days beyond the standard 5–7 business day estimate. Express and overnight services are available to Alaska and Hawaii, though Overnight deliveries are subject to FedEx Priority Overnight availability in your specific area.

We also ship to U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Delivery times to U.S. territories may be longer than mainland estimates. Standard rates apply.

Overnight Shipping — FedEx Priority

Our overnight shipping service is fulfilled via FedEx Priority Overnight. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday–Friday) will typically be dispatched same day and delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be dispatched the following business day. FedEx Priority Overnight does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays unless Saturday delivery is specifically selected and available in your zip code.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

• Your tracking number
• The carrier name (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
• A direct link to track your package
• The estimated delivery date

You can also track your order directly at USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com using your tracking number. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Shipping Confirmation & Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather events, carrier disruptions, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control. ASHTON T. MCCORVEY CLOTHING is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Delivery estimates begin after processing and are not promises of arrival on a specific calendar date. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. A shipping address should include an apartment, suite, unit, gate, or building number whenever applicable. Customers are responsible for reviewing the address before payment confirmation. If you notice an address error, email us immediately; we can update it only while the order remains in processing.

Orders containing more than one item may be packed together or split into separate packages depending on inventory location and carrier limits. When an order ships in multiple packages, each package receives its own tracking number. There is no additional shipping charge caused by a split shipment, and the order confirmation total will not change.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, recipient unavailable, unclaimed), we will contact you via the email on file. You may request re-shipment (standard shipping charges apply) or a refund for the item cost minus original shipping fees. ASHTON T. MCCORVEY CLOTHING is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and building management, then contact the carrier to open a trace. If the issue is not resolved within 5 business days of the reported delivery date, contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will work with you to find a resolution. We are not liable for packages reported stolen after confirmed delivery.

International Shipping

At this time, ASHTON T. MCCORVEY CLOTHING ships within the United States only (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). We do not offer international shipping to countries outside the United States. We are working to expand our shipping reach in the future.
